MARS Telecom Systems requires 250 executives for the prestigious UIDAI (Aadhaar) project for carrying out UID enrolment activities in various
locations in Goa.

Dynamic and energetic individuals with a passion to perform and keen to
play a crucial role as part of this gigantic Government of India initiative
may kindly walk-in for a group discussion & interview.

Require:

1. Operations/Delivery Head:
Excellent leadership & independent decision making
and communication skills. 8 -10 years of experience in managing large field
teams, task / target oriented with good MIS reporting skills Experience of
working with Government departments / agencies is preferred.

2. Enrolment Executives:
Basic computer skills is a must; good keyboard skills & customer service orientation a huge plus.

3. Technical Executives:
Experience in Hardware/Software trouble shooting, daily back up and maintenance
of data.

4. Supervisors:
Ability to manage 8 -10 member teams, target-driven & ensure MIS compliance.

5. Trainers:
Excellent communication skills; previous experience in technical training is desirable.

Intermediate, Graduate (Non-Tech or Tech), Post Graduate – any specialization
Good computer skills, excellent communication skills; process and services orientation, Fluency in English, Konkani and Hindi.
